The Company


Our client is a Sino-German joint venture invested by the largest worsted yarn spinner in the world. Having invested approximately USD120 Million to date, their three spinning factories are equipped with a total of 80,000 imported worsted spindles and became fully operational in April 2002 and annual production capacity of the three mills has reached approximately 10,000 tons.

Candidate Profile


Work Experience & Abilities Required:


15 years relevant work experience in human resources and administration function, preferably in foreign (European/US) companies of mid to large enterprises


10 years work experience in management positions


Computer literate in office software


Personal Qualities:


Communication and interpersonal skills


Team builder and player


Organizing and planning skills


Adaptability and flexibility


Able to prioritize and analytical




Master degree in relevant subject such as human resources management, work psychology, or behavioral sciences.


Language Abilities:


Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English; German is an advantage.
